I am the proud owner of Dotted Line Signing Services. I started Dotted Line in 2021. I am a licensed Title Producer for the State of Indiana. I am also a commissioned notary for the state of Indiana. I am dually certified with NNA and the Loan Signing System. I specialize in real estate loan closings. I pride myself on building professional relationships with agents, title, lenders and families. I have gotten loan document signed at hospitals, restaurants and at the closing table because I am willing to whatever it takes to keep my client satisfied.
